  • Kerry is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with experience in both primary and chronic care management, as well as palliative care. With a deep-rooted passion for holistic health, Kerry’s career has been driven by her commitment to improving lives across all stages of life, with a particular focus on geriatrics.

    A strong advocate for health promotion, Kerry believes that nurturing wellness is key to aging gracefully and living a vibrant life. Her personal philosophy revolves around empowering individuals to take control of their health, equipping them with the knowledge and tools needed to thrive.

    With over 11 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in both hospital and outpatient settings, combined with her advanced expertise as a Nurse Practitioner, Kerry has the unique skill set to guide you through your health journey. Whether you’re managing a chronic condition or striving for overall wellness, Kerry is dedicated to walking alongside you, helping you achieve your personal health goals with compassion, understanding, and evidence-based care.
