Kerry is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in primary care, chronic disease management, and palliative care. She has a strong interest in holistic health and a particular focus on supporting older adults through all stages of aging.
With over 11 years as a Registered Nurse in both hospital and outpatient settings, and more than two years as a Nurse Practitioner, Kerry brings a well-rounded, evidence-based approach to care. She is committed to helping individuals manage chronic conditions, improve overall wellness, and make informed decisions about their health. Her goal is to provide practical support and guidance tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals.

Janay is a registered nurse with over seven years of experience across a range of healthcare settings, including medical-surgical units, home health, outpatient infusions, ambulatory surgery, and primary care. Her interest in health education began early in her career, recognizing the need for clear, practical guidance to help individuals manage or prevent chronic conditions.
Janay focuses on supporting patients as they build sustainable habits around physical activity and nutrition, with an understanding that time and access to information can be real obstacles. She takes a practical, personalized approach—offering encouragement and evidence-based strategies to help people make meaningful progress toward better health.
